NCAA Men's Basketball 25 Hard: Week 14

Conference play is now approaching platinum level excellence. Teams are beginning to assert their dominance within their own leagues, while some teams are falling from expectation. Teams like Arizona and Miami (OH) are still perfect; teams like Alabama and BYU are showing that they are talented, but very much not perfect.

WHO'S ON TOP?

Arizona (22-0): never lost, never wavered, still #1. Michigan (20-1) jumped two spots after two top ten wins. UConn (21-1) and Duke (20-1) each move down one spot despite not losing, and Gonzaga (22-1) jumps into the top five.

BIG RISERS

Kansas (16-5) shoots into the top ten, continuing a one-of-a-kind season regarding Darryn Peterson's habit of playing limited minutes and looking like the best player in the world within those limited minutes. Florida (16-6) may have found its groove, shooting up seven spots after dominating Alabama.

BIG SLIDERS

Nebraska (20-2) faltered twice, moving down three spots. Texas Tech (17-3) fell to unranked UCF, dropping them four spots. Louisville (15-6) and Arkansas (16-6) both stumbled down five spots, while Alabama (14-7) rides the caboose after losing in Gainesville.

NEW ADDITIONS

No new additions, although Texas A&M (17-4) and UCF (17-4) have flown under the radar all year. Just four losses each, putting them firmly "In the Hunt."
